Jaimy Chua
Registered Acupuncturist,
Manual Osteopath
I grew up in a home that believed in the power of Chinese Medicine, my earliest memories as a child was going to a Chinese herbal pharmacy and the doctor would look at my tongue and weigh raw herbs on his scale. He would then wrap it carefully in newspaper, so we can prepare it at home. The aroma of steeped medicinal tea was pretty common in our house.
When I was young, my grandmother and I were close. She taught me the importance of self-care through massage therapy, herbal medicine, chinese plasters/linaments for cuts/sprains, and even face reading. She always said that you can tell a lot about someone by examining their face. I didn’t know it at the time but face reading can be used as a powerful tool for diagnosing disease in the body also.
I also guide clients on what steps they need to take in order to allow for healing to happen. These steps may include lifestyle and dietary modifications or meditation to re-establish the mind-body connection.
I provide solutions to relieve discomfort, so that my clients are able to live a more fruitful life.
• traumatic accidents
• injuries from living an active lifestyle
• repetitive stress (computer or physical work, prolonged standing/sitting)
• stress
• pregnancy
• hormonal imbalances (migraines, fertility, menopause)
I am a big believer that our bodies are resilient and I’ve devoted myself to helping people uncover their healing potential.
I help my patients realize their power to pull themselves out of disease, so they can transform their lives. I am here to guide and empower them.

Allie Kolapak
Registered Massage Therapist
Allie uses her past experience as an athlete to know where aches and pains can originate from, everything in the body is connected some how and in some way. She uses her knowledge to eliminate aches and pains from the source and not just where it is felt.
With her being able to identify this just by watching my movements was enlightening, and I wanted to be able to see or feel and identify an issue that will help others.
Being able to utilize massage therapy as a multi sport athlete had a huge impact on my career in my own athletic career, whether it be a bad hit in field hockey, landing on my pole-vault pole or throwing someone in the air and catching their entire body weight. Massage was my go to therapy to help me stay active.
Allie can go over various home exercises that can help benefit everyday living. She modifies the treatments to match the client’s progressing ability.
Jelena Nagraisalovic
Registered Massage Therapist
I originally went to University for theater studies to pursue my passion of acting and storytelling. Through this 4-year experience along with 1-year studying abroad in South Korea, I realized I was nurturing my soul but not my body or mind. I made a career change to Massage Therapy to better connect with my body and challenge my mind with Anatomy and Science. It was the best decision I ever made. Now, I want to help and encourage others to care for themselves holistically – mind, body, and soul.
Massage was always something that was in the back of my mind, since I grew up but never thought I could pursue it as a career. I was always giving massages to my friends or family as a child doing my best to promote relaxation. My efforts were well received, and it provided tremendous joy to be able to help.
Everyone’s journey is unique and I can’t wait to be a part of yours.
Christina Hennelly
Yoga Teacher
I have devoted over 15 years to the study and practice of yoga. After my brain injury in 2012, I discovered the powerful influence that yoga had in my recovery. Yoga allowed me to go at my own pace with a unique focus on my injury and symptoms. The very nature of yoga became a powerful healing agent in my recovery.
The curative properties of yoga was so inspiring that I decided to dedicate my career to advancing the well-being and health of the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) community. I have combined my expertise in yoga, neuro-rehabilitation and psychology to bring a unique style of therapeutic yoga to my clients.
I am a busy mom who loves nature and conjuring up creative ways to have fun with my son! Since my brain injury, I have completed my advanced neuro-rehabilitation certificate at Brock University and currently pursuing my master’s degree at the University of Waterloo. My focus of study is centered around repeated acquired brain injury in women. I am an active board member for the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington and I work as a Peer Support Navigator for brain injury survivors in the Region of Waterloo. I am an intern at a local women’s crisis centre where I teach yoga classes a few times a week.
Specializing in restorative yoga, biomechanically-sound flow, and guided meditation – this yoga is gentle and is well suited for people with brain injury and trauma.
Thoughtful emphasis of proper alignment, modifications and breath are made available for students, so that all can reach their potential. My clients report an increased quality of life, heightened function, stamina, and overall emotional well-being.
I create yoga programs to help those who’ve suffered a brain injury with stress-management, increasing focus, and incorporating physical activity.
My classes are designed to improve your strength, balance, and focus, and reduce stress, while creating peace in a life that may be chaotic after a brain injury. Since no two brain injuries are alike, I will customize a program that is specifically for you.
People experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression also find my yoga instruction to be beneficial.
I am known for my authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered values. I help you discover that problems and pain are just mechanisms to remind you to be aware. Struggles become tools for awareness, not defeat.
I want to be able to nurture empowerment and resilience. Yoga is more than just stretching and awkward poses. It’s about learning to incorporate breath in order to increase your focus, balance, and muscle strength. The powerful tool of meditation can help to quiet the mind and even create beneficial neuroplasticity.
